      Chooks for sale

      Picture
Point of lay Isa Brown pullets are available at various times during the year at $22 each.
We generally have second year birds available for $7.00 each. They should lay quite productively in a back yard situation for at least another two or three years - sometimes much longer. We've had customers come back for more five years later saying that the old ones had just stopped laying!
All birds are fully vaccinated and are not de-beaked! Ideal, family friendly birds used to daily interaction with people - and dogs.
Our point of lay birds are generally 15 - 16 weeks old and our second year hens are usually 18 - 20 months old.  We keep our hens into their second laying cycle because they tend to lay larger eggs and many of our customers like BIG eggs
